1. Agreement

These terms apply to https://largeprintplay.com (the “site”), operated by Large Print Play (“we”, “us”). By using Large Print Play you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What you may do

You may use the tools free of charge and print as many copies of the games you create as you like for personal and family use, classrooms, libraries, community groups, and care and activity programs. You may photocopy printed sheets for the people you are working with.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, frame or mirror the website itself, or republish its text or code as your own;
• disrupt the site, overload it with automated requests, or try to gain unauthorized access;
• use the site for anything unlawful, or to create content that is hateful, harassing or infringes someone else’s rights;
• click ads you are not interested in, or encourage others to do so, or otherwise interfere with advertising;
• sell the tools or present them as your own service. Ask us first if you want to use printed output in a product for sale, such as a puzzle book.

4. Entertainment only

The bingo tools are for fun and social activity. They are not designed or certified for real-money gambling or regulated lotteries. If you run charity or paid bingo, you are responsible for following your local laws and licensing rules.

5. Content you type

Words, clues and titles you type are processed in your browser and are not sent to us. You are responsible for what you type and print.

6. No warranty

The site and tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise that every puzzle is free of errors, that every word will fit, or that the site will always be available. Always check a puzzle or answer key before handing it out, and check any claimed bingo win against the called numbers.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Because the site is free, our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to US $100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Third-party links and ads

The site may show ads and link to other websites. These are provided by third parties; we do not control and are not responsible for their content, products or practices.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of New South Wales, Australia, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
